MR. HUANG, CHUNXIAO SPEECH AT THE 7TH ANNUAL POWER OF COLLABORATION GLOBAL SUMMIT HELD ALONGSIDE THE 75TH SESSION OF THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 23 SEPTEMBER, 2020 IN NEW YORK CITY.
MR. LIU BERNAN’S SPEECH AT THE 7TH ANNUAL POWER OF COLLABORATION GLOBAL SUMMIT HELD ALONGSIDE THE 75TH SESSION OF THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 23 SEPTEMBER, 2020 IN NEW YORK CITY.
This POC2020 Virtual Summit focused mainly on the importance of Partnerships
for the Goals — specifically investment and private sector engagement in
accelerating the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Topics for
discussion include impact investing and financing for the Goals, technology and
innovative solutions that are revolutionizing the Goals, women’s economic and
political power as critical drivers for advancing the Goals, reimagining diversity and
inclusion for the Goals and a special spotlight on “SDG 3: Good Health and Well-
being During this Pandemic and Beyond”.
The POC 2020 convened business leaders, country leaders and
diplomats, policy makers, entrepreneurs, influencers, civil society leaders,
visionaries, youth leaders, decision makers and investors from family offices across
the globe.
Mr. Huang Chunxiao, Chairman and Founder of UNHIF, and Mr. Liu Bernan, Co-Chair of UNHIF, delivered their respective virtual messages and talked about the goals, mission and initiatives that UNHIF is committed to doing, in order to contribute on a global scale to the achievement of SDG 3, Health and Well-Being for All. Mr. Huang and Mr. Liu both emphasized the importance of cooperation amongst all the stakeholders in order to implement and achieve global solutions for global health challenges in the 21st century.
